Yaniv Shimoni is a serial entrepreneur with a successful exit. Johnny Hebda has 20 years of experience in door-to-door (D2D) sales and serves as VP of Recruitment at AMP Smart, one of the largest and fastest-growing companies in home security and solar. He began his career selling pest control, earning “Rookie of the Year,” and later became a VP of Sales and franchise owner at Pointe Pest Control, which he helped grow before its acquisition by Terminix. I’ve spent five years at Vantage Marketing, gaining valuable experience and growth in the field.

In my first three summers in Knoxville, Tennessee, I achieved sales of $125k, $200k, and $200k. In my fourth summer in Augusta, Georgia, I aimed for $650k but finished strong at $375k, realizing I had more potential to unlock.

For my fifth summer, I joined Tyler Wyman and other Golden Door winners in Portland, Oregon, seeking top-tier training. Initially setting my sights on the Golden Door, I surpassed expectations and shifted my goal to $1 million, nearly tripling my previous best summer.

In addition to my ownership experience, I’ve recruited, trained, and developed hundreds of sales reps. Most recently, I set an all-time industry record by servicing 1,730 homes, generating $1.5M in revenue, and achieving a 94% retention rate.
